Please get this information out to anyone who is interested. I have a building in Kenner, near City Hall off Williams Blvd available for immediate occupancy. It is a newly renovated, 7,000 sq ft, 2 story executive office building. It suffered NO WATER DAMAGE. The building has existing furniture and is ready to occupy either on a Lease/Purchase or direct sale basis.
